  1. To create a new Contact:

  3. 1. Choose New Contact from the Contact menu, or click the New Contact button in either the List View or Detail View Toolbar. The Detail View opens (if it wasn't already open) to display a new Contact record with blank fields.

  5. 2. Enter the information, tabbing to move between fields. Shift-tab to move backwards.
